Skincare, personal care, and makeup products

In 2015, the Danish skincare brand ECOOKING was born with the ambition of creating skincare products that could simplify and enhance skincare routines for both women and men—quickly, effectively, and effortlessly. Their recipes address specific skin challenges and cater to all skin types and ages. As a Danish brand with a straightforward approach to skincare, we aim to educate and guide you through the complexities of skincare while providing products that deliver visible results.

In this role, you are responsible for Financial Management and Operations, including Supply Chain functions such as Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Logistics. Additionally, you have leadership responsibilities for both IT and HR.

Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO, you will drive ECOOKING’s financial and operational development. Your main tasks include:

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
  • Overall responsible for financial management and reporting, including ongoing analyses, optimization, and follow-up on P&L, KPIs, as well as responsible for liquidity and risk management
  • Monthly financial and cash flow reporting
  • Play an active role in business development and strategy
  • Drive gross margin improvements, business controlling and strategic projects across the organization
  • Manage legal matters, contracts, agreements
  • Prepare and participate in board meetings
  • Enhance Power BI, automation, and digitalization
  • Act as the primary contact for auditors, banks, and partners
  • Indirect responsibility for monthly financial reporting, VAT, taxes, general IT maintenance, and various economic analysis

Your new workplace is in ECOOKINGS’s headquarters in Bjert near Kolding, and together with the company's CEO, Hanne Frøling Kriegbaum, and Founder, Tina Søgard, you will form ECOOKING's management team.

Strategic leader with strong organizational skills

As Finance & Operations Director, you are a proactive and strategic leader who is skilled in motivating your teams, fostering collaboration, and aligning financial strategies with business goals. Your strong organizational skills help you manage deliverables and deadlines while balancing short-term and long-term goals.

With a focus on integrity and ethics, you ensure compliance, transparency, and legal adherence in all financial practices.

You thrive on solving operational and financial challenges, proactively identifying risks, and devising strategies to secure stability in the long haul. Your leadership experience and results-driven mindset help you engage with employees, customers, and collaborators alike.

Your background includes a relevant academic degree, such as HD(R) or cand.merc., and a passion for driving impactful changes.
