Systems for AV equipment that make meeting presentation easier

Biamp Denmark A/S develops user-friendly and simple systems for managing AV equipment that makes presentations more manageable and better. As a Technical Supporter, your most important task will be to give the company's customers and distributors the best experience with the products. You have the opportunity to work from home almost as often as you want (although with visits to the office in Horsens from time to time). Your residence can therefore be anywhere in the country.

Your work tasks will include:

  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers by phone and email
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve audio, control, video and network-related technical issues
  • Provide design, commissioning and optimisation advice to customers
  • Make occasional website visits for troubleshooting and system optimisation
  • Create and proofread content for online knowledgebase
  • Prepare manuals and other technical material for new products 

Interest in IT, AV and support

Are you curious? And are you interested in AV equipment and IT? Then you could very well be the right person for the position as a Technical Supporter. If you have worked with programming and installation of AV operating systems as well as troubleshooting and networking, you will quickly enter the position.

It is essential that you are good at communicating and have good presentation skills, as several of the company's customers are outside Denmark's time zones and therefore use online self-help. In regards to this, it is a must that you master English.
