Our client is a well-established lifestyle brand known for high quality products and great functionality. An increased focus on brand development gives you the chance to join the team.

The successful company is looking for a Brand Manager, who can ensure brand integrity across products, design and communication initiatives. You will be responsible for the brand DNA in the collections and take on the task of adapting brand strategy and products to the market. More concrete you can look forward to these job tasks and areas of responsibility:

  • Hands-on management of the design team
  • Responsible for the brand identity and further development of the brands collections
  • Full-range product and collection development based on the updated brand identity
  • Ensure that the right products are launched with the right timing
  • Spot new fashion trends and incorporate these in future collections including ongoing dialogue with salesmen, agents, and distributors
  • Budget responsibility of the department

You will be based in the office on Zealand, and you can look forward to 30-50 days of travel activities to fairs and events, both home and abroad. You will be reporting to the CEO.

We are looking for a Brand Manager, whose passion and proactive mindset inspires the entire team. It is essential that creative thinking comes easily to you and that you are capable of realising your great ideas to concrete initiatives. You are aware that deadlines are deadlines, and your coordination skills are as strong as your focus on results – and that says more than a little. You have no fear when it comes to challenging the existing, and with your strong insights and your persuasive arguments you easily get employees onboard and motivate the sales set up with new design ideas.

You probably have an education within design, and you have brought your skills into play for minimum 5 years in a similar position, where you succeeded in unifying and coordinating both tangible and intangible factors around a brand. If this experience comes from the textile industry, that is a plus. In addition, your IT knowledge is excellent, and you manage Danish, English, and German both in writing and orally.
